Special Chapter 2: Life After Graduation
Klai, lying naked on the bed, bites his lip slightly as he gazes at his equally naked lover. He lies on his side, facing Panli, who is lying face-down but turned toward him.
Last night, Panli returned from Hong Kong after a week of helping his Papa and Mama with the hotel. Usually, Klai accompanies him to Hong Kong almost every week. But this time, he asked to stay home, feeling exhausted from frequent travel. Panli understood and let him stay.
Life after graduation has been simple for the two of them. Panli moved Klai into a single house he bought, saying he wanted them to have privacy.
Panli continues running his clothing brand, Once in a Blue Moon, which has grown significantly over the past year. However, he also splits his time helping his father and mother with the hotel in Hong Kong. He spends one week there, then returns to Thailand for a week. When Panli is in Thailand, Phii Fah takes his place in Hong Kong. The Pisut brothers have been alternating weekly trips to Hong Kong for months.
Their lovers, Klai and Theerak, can only offer support. But Klai is thinking of joining Panli in Hong Kong next time, feeling bad for the big puppy who misses him every day.
And another thing…
Klai doesn’t want to be overwhelmed with the loving every time Panli returns…
Last night, Klai thought Panli would rest since he got home late. But the big puppy, who had been missing him all week, didn’t rest at all. He expressed his love and longing with such intensity that Klai felt sore all over.
But Klai has to admit…
The four rounds last night… didn’t fully ease their longing for each other.
His slender fingers trace from Panli’s hip, up his spine, to his broad shoulder. Klai gives a gentle smile, brushing his fingertips along the contours of his lover’s face.
“Up early…” Panli, eyes still closed, says in a hoarse voice.
“I was going to make breakfast for you…” Klai says, leaning closer to his lover. He presses a kiss to those perfectly shaped lips before pulling back. “…But after lying here watching you for a while, I don’t want to get up and do anything.”
He stopped in front of the big puppy and reached out both hands to gently hold his handsome, rugged face. As soon as Panli’s strong hands moved to grip his hips, Klai climbed onto his sturdy lap, straddling him, before asking with concern…
“Is there trouble at the shop again, puppy?”
Panli gave a small smile and shook his head slightly. “It’s nothing… just annoyed with Phii Pi.”
“…”
“He keeps talking nonsense.”
Klai smiled with relief upon hearing that. “Good, no problems then… because I don’t want the puppy to be exhausted again.”
“No one’s as good as you, Klaijai.”
Klai smiled softly and leaned his face closer to the other, pressing his lips against Panli’s curved mouth to give his lover a sweet, tender kiss. He was the one to pull away first…
“I think… we should save the dessert for tonight, don’t you think?”
Panli bit his lip, staring at him. But he didn’t say anything, “…”
At that moment, Panli watched the smaller man slowly get off his lap and walk back to the kitchen. He gazed at his lover, holding himself back with great effort, because last night had already been intense. If he were to “devour” Klaijai instead of breakfast, Panli was afraid the other would be too exhausted.
Yet, the longing, yearning, and desire that had built up over the past week urged him to beg to “eat his wife” again. Panli took a deep breath, trying hard to restrain himself. But at that moment, his thread of patience snapped. He stood up and strode toward the smaller man standing at the marble counter.
“What does the puppy want?” Klaijai, who was preparing ingredients for cooking, asked, tilting his head to look at Panli with a curious expression.
