My Moon, Chapter 29 pg 6
Panli smiles faintly while looking at the guy lying on his lap, then whispers softly, “I love you.” Klai presses his lips together to hold back a smile before saying...
“Puppy... I need to focus.”
The big puppy laughs heartily and nods. “The puppy won’t disturb KhunKlai anymore.”
Klai returns his attention to the book in front of him. Once he regains his focus, he dives deep into the exam material. Despite the background noise of the soccer commentary on the TV and the occasional cheers from Panli’s friends, it doesn’t break his concentration. Normally, he can read anywhere, anytime—no need for a silent environment.
Initially, he considered studying in the bedroom, worried that his presence might make everyone feel too self-conscious to cheer loudly, which would dampen their fun.
“Is it going in... is it going in?!”
“Y-Yes, it’s in!”
“Hell yeah!”
“It went in!!”
“That’s what I’m talking about!”
But now, Klai lifts his eyes from the text and looks up at the owner of the lap, who’s laughing joyfully with his friends. Boss jumps up to high-five Panli in excitement. The lively atmosphere makes Klai break into a wide smile.
Panli shifts his gaze from the TV and looks down at him, flashing a bright smile. He reaches for Klai’s hand, brings it to his lips for a loud kiss, and whispers...
“Puppy’s thrilled~”
Klai chuckles softly before asking, “Didn’t the puppy tell his friends he wasn’t watching this match?”
“Back then, the puppy was just bragging... because the puppy wanted to be alone with KhunKlai.”
Klai laughs, watching the big puppy grin widely.
He thinks to himself...
We love seeing him this happy.
And at the same time, he probably loves that we understand his passions.
Even if we don’t fully get it... we’ll try our best to understand as much as we can.
…
“Look up a bit more.”
“Mhm...” Water streams from the showerhead onto his brown hair.
The smaller guy, with both arms wrapped around his torso, tilts his head up slightly. Panli moves one hand to gently support the back of Klaijai’s neck, before continuing...
After Panli and his friends finished cheering for the football match, Klaijai complained about feeling sticky and wanting to take another shower. He then playfully begged to shower with Panli. Unable to resist his puppy-like charm, Panli agreed.
Panli looked at the smaller figure gazing up at him while hugging him. As warm water poured over the fluffy head, the white foam gradually dissolved. Yet, the sweet scent of shampoo lingered in the brown hair.
The taller man bit his lip slightly while gazing at the sweet face, his eyes trailing down to the stubborn nose, the thin, faintly red lips, and the smooth white neck. At that moment, Panli thought about charging a little “shampoo fee.”
Panli leaned in close to the smaller figure, his lips brushing lightly against the soft white neck before pulling away and moving to press a kiss on the thin lips.
Kiss.
“Puppy~… no, no,” Klaijai teased.
The “puppy,” who had just been scolded by his owner, grinned before planting a kiss on the tip of the smaller man’s nose, who was still looking up since the soap foam hadn’t been fully rinsed off. Panli gently rubbed the back of the other’s neck and pressed another kiss on the soft lips.
Kiss.
Klaijai smiled and said, “The puppy doesn’t listen to I at all, does he?”
Kiss.
If he had listened, he wouldn’t have kissed Klaijai’s lips again.
Kiss.
And again…
Kiss.
And yet again, until the one being kissed broke into a smile.
Panli flashed a bright smile while repeatedly pressing kisses on the faintly red lips. The sound of “kiss” echoing over and over made both of them burst into laughter.
“Don’t look up yet, KhunKlai. I haven’t finished rinsing,” Panli said.
“If I don’t hurry and look up, you will keep teasing like this,” Klaijai replied.
“I won’t tease anymore… but you have to stay still first,” Panli said.
“Alright…” Klaijai agreed.
Panli stopped teasing the smaller man and moved his hand from the back of his neck to gently stroke the soft, smooth hair. Then, he leaned down to press another kiss on the thin lips, signaling…
“All done.”
“Okay~” Klaijai responded, pulling away from the hug.
“Thanks, puppy.”
“Can you change from saying thank you to something else?”
“No... because the puppy already charged a kiss for the shampoo.”
Panli smiled before saying, “Earlier, I should’ve given you more kisses…”
“Enough, puppy.”
“Alright then…” Panli said, raising the showerhead slightly above Klaijai’s shoulder, then moving his other hand to gently rub the smooth skin, cleaning the other’s body. “Come on… I’ll wash you up.”
At this moment, Klai nodded in agreement with the taller man. He started stepping back as the bare figure in front of him moved closer. When Klai shifted his gaze from the strong chest and looked up into the long, narrow eyes, he caught a glint in Panli’s eyes—a glint that made Klai feel a rush of heat throughout his body…
“Puppy… don’t.”
“What’s you thinking about?”
“...”
