“Can I come in to visit Klai?”
“Theerak’s here?” Klaijai asked, sitting up quickly. He pointed to the white shirt crumpled on the floor and said in a flustered tone, “Panli… grab my pajamas, quick!”
Panli smirked before saying, “Sweet-talk me first…”
“Puppy… is this really the time?”
Feeling sorry for Klaijai, who was aching all over, Panli relented and picked up the shirt. Klaijai snatched it and put it on swiftly, pulling the thick blanket over his bare lower half.
“Puppy, let Theerak come in to see me now.”
“Okay…”
Panli responded, then got up to open the door for Chubby-cheeks. The moment the door cracked open, the smaller figure on the other side pointed an accusing finger at him.
“If you’d taken one more minute to open the door, dog-face… I’d have called Fah to drag you out.”
“Such a tattletale…” Panli said, laughing.
“Hmph!” Chubby-cheeks huffed in his throat before striding over to Klaijai, who was sitting on the bed. “…Klai~”
Panli, about to close the door, paused when his older brother appeared. Phii Fah peered past him into the room, as if making sure his own lover wasn’t causing mischief somewhere.
“You came to see Klai, right?”
“Yeah…”
“Take care of him for me. I’m gonna step out to talk on the phone with Real about some work at the shop for a bit.”
“Okay.”
After responding to Fah, Panli closed the door and turned to walk back into the room. He stopped at the foot of the bed, watching Chubby-cheeks relentlessly question Klaijai about his condition.
“Besides your butt… does you hurt anywhere else?”
“No, I’m not hurting anywhere else,” Klaijai answered with a gentle smile, his eyes full of affection for Chubby-cheeks.
Wish my wife would look at me like that…
Starting to get annoyed with Chubby-cheeks…
“Klai, don’t lie to me… If you’re hurting, you have to say so, so we can take you to the doctor.”
“Chubby-cheeks! You’re talking like I don’t take care of KhunKlai at all.”
“You’re the one who made him hurt like this.”
Klaijai laughed softly before saying, “It’s okay, Theerak. I’m not in much pain.”
“Ugh, this dog-face!”
“What? What’re you gonna do about it?”
“I’m gonna… I’m gonna…”
Chubby-cheeks, sitting on the bed with Klaijai, started scooting back as Panli stepped closer. But Panli froze mid-step and retreated to his original spot when he saw…
The stern look from his wife.
“Panli… don’t tease Theerak,” Klaijai said.
Panli lets out a quiet sigh before saying, “You got lucky this time, chubby cheeks.”
“…” The chubby-cheeked guy smirks slightly, clinging to Klaijai’s arm.
“He’s a damn menace…”
Panli mutters, glaring at his smug friend. But a knock at the door makes him turn. He sighs again, walks over to open it, and this time it’s his brother Fah.
“Here to pick up your wife, huh?”
“Yeah…”
“Chubby cheeks! Phii Fah’s here for you,” Panli calls, glancing back. The chubby-cheeked guy quickly gets up from the bed, waving goodbye to Klaijai.
“Klai… I’m heading out. I’ll come visit again tomorrow.”
“Okay…”
Panli watches as his friend brushes past him out of the room, narrowing his eyes and pointing a finger.
“Klai’s still sore, so no round two, dog face.”
“Before you worry about Klaijai, maybe worry about yourself? Tonight, Phii Fah’s definitely gonna give you a round two,” Panli shoots back, smirking.
“Hey! Dog face…” The chubby-cheeked guy glares at him, then turns to Phii Fah, who’s chuckling softly. “Phii Fah, you’re siding with this dog face too?”
“Sort it out yourselves…”
Panli says before closing the door. He walks back and flops onto the bed. Klaijai, who was sitting, slowly lies down beside him. They turn to face each other, as they always do…
“Theerak is pretty cute, huh?”
“Yup… KhunKlai is super cute.”
Klaijai laughs softly before saying, “Puppy, though.”
Panli doesn’t reply. He just gazes into the other’s eyes, gently stroking the soft cheek. “Puppy loves you so much.”
Klaijai smiles faintly. “This rascal loves you so much too.”
That’s it…
We’re so damn perfect for each other.
Panli says it himself… because he’s badass enough.
Tonight’s dinner at the Pisut household has everyone gathered together. Papa and Mama seem thrilled to have both their sons and their partners at the table. After dinner, Dad and Mom invite us all to watch a movie in the living room.
After finishing a movie, everyone dispersed to their bedrooms. Klaijai asked to shower as soon as he entered the room, and as usual, Panli playfully begged to join. The two of them spent some time showering together before stepping out to get dressed.
Afterward, Panli took Klaijai to the balcony to gaze at the full moon. He hugged his lover from behind as always, and they chatted and teased each other like any couple in love.
“Has you ever made a wish to the moon?”
