The Next Prince, Special Chapter 4 pg1

Special Chapter 4: Destiny is far away but meet anyway.

The weather during the fluttering time of Emmaly country was pleasantly cool, with the scent of lilacs permeating the entire area. Khanin swept his eyes around, observing the workers moving rice bags to various positions in the house, and smiled happily.

The plan for the new house and the move back to Emmaly that they had discussed about a month ago had come true very quickly. Charan seemed to be very adept at making everything happen.

However, the truth was that the other side had secretly been preparing this house for a long time, but was waiting for Khanin to agree and to help decorate the interior together.

Khanin let the person hired by Charan take care of the detailed arrangements in the house. He himself turned left and right to walk and pick up a box of stacked books and hugged them.

The boy intended to go up to the room on the second floor to store them, but before he could go out, one of the servants that Tarin had sent to help came in abruptly to find him.

“It’s okay, let me lift it up myself.” Khanin said apologetically, and walked straight up the curved staircase, stopping to look at the view from the window at the staircase landing. His gaze swept out to the river and Daveen Palace in the distance.

It was a good location... Charan had chosen well.

As for Tanattai, he also had an old house not far from here. On the first day Khanin invited the other side to come and live with him, but his father refused several times to speak of the matter again. Nevertheless, the other side was persistent in wanting to spend some time together.

“I think that you might want to spend time together, you wouldn't want this old man to interfere.”

“Don’t be embarrassed and pretend to invite others into your love nest.”

To say that doing something is wrong means being embarrassed to the point of acting improperly. Tanattai still had plenty of soothing words to say without sitting down and having a straightforward conversation with Charan, but he acknowledged that the other party was happy to be that person.

Tarin is the same, and for the birth father, that person was happiest to learn that he would permanently move back in with Emmaly. It can almost be said that he is always ready to help with everything related, including Chakri the plump butler.

“Excuse me, Khun Narong. As for tomorrow’s work, people can come to do it in the morning.” Charan’s voice echoed as he walked out of the office while talking to the old butler about the catering for their new home that they will arrive at tomorrow.

“Got it. My Lord.” The hard working person was heavily burdened, and Narong followed up here to serve. Even though Charan did not return to the old ancestral house, the other party still insists on volunteering to look after the house here occasionally.

Khanin smiled broadly at the older person, exchanging a few greetings before the other party asked to take leave because he had an appointment with his family.

“Why lift it up yourself, wait for me.” The tall person with a messy hairstyle confidently used a voice that no one had ever heard before to speak. Charan walked over and took the book box from the small person’s hand before moving toward the edge book room along the aisle.

“I can lift it.” Although he spoke like that, he was willing to let Charan take care of it. Khanin slightly frowned as he looked at the wide back.

The older person managed to arrange the books in the box and put them back in order, while Khanin tried to move closer to help, but only managed to compete with someone else and had to do it himself.

“Hungry yet?” The latest question caused two layered eyes to flash in Khanin’s mind, mainly because they agreed that this was their first night together in such a warm house. Charan will be the one to prepare dinner himself.

“Ugh, I’m starting to get hungry.” The small slender legs jumped and clung to the older person’s arm.

Charan brought the young person down from the book room to the lower level once again. Everyone else seemed to have left with Narong. At this time, their small house was quiet.

Charan and Khanin agreed that they did not want other people to wander around the house and cause confusion, so they needed to rely on their own abilities first. As for cleaning, a housekeeper would come to take care of it regularly.

Tonight’s dinner is spaghetti cream sauce. The recipe seems straightforward and easy, but it’s hard to describe it fully. Khanin was pulled by a tall figure to wait at the bar counter.

The open style kitchen allowed Khanin to observe the cooking process in detail. Charan looked agile, performing everything smoothly, like painting a piece of art.

Small, slender hands rested on the table. Khanin couldn’t take his eyes off Charan. He was like a gift created by the gods.

The other side appeared impeccable in every way. Even when wearing stains in the kitchen, the beauty remained unchanged.

Charan’s posture was relaxed, and every move made Khanin enjoy watching him tirelessly. He didn’t know when the other party finished cooking until the dish was served in front of him. Khanin hardly had to move.

The spaghetti in cream sauce looked so delicious it made Khanin’s stomach growl. The young man blushed with embarrassment. As the chef needed to remove the apron, their eyes briefly met.

Charan still didn’t care about his own food. He signaled for Khanin to try it before settling down to listen to a compliment from the other high level food critic.

“Is it delicious?” Because Khanin just gazed, the usually confident Charan began to worry and raised an eyebrow as he waited for the young man to smile.

“It’s delicious!” The compliment was accompanied by an adorable thumbs up gesture. Khanin clapped his hands in satisfaction, then demonstrated to the chef how much he enjoyed the dish.

The dinner was finished quickly, and Khanin ate with a grin on his face. Charan was pleased to take care of someone he loved and felt even happier when he saw the other party was happy too.

“Let me wash the dishes.” Nin said. Khanin pretended to ignore him and stood up. As soon as he saw that Charan was willing to accept it without arguing or forbidding him, he quickly collected the plates onto his arms.

   “Let me help.”

“No, it’s okay Phii Ran, it's your turn to rest. Since just then I accepted sitting and watching you cook, it’s my turn to wash the dishes.” With that, Khanin headed towards the dishwashing area.

He spent some time sweeping and cleaning the kitchen before returning with a hot drink in his hand. He passed it to the tall figure, ending it with a sweet smile.

“Here you go, specially made by me.” he said. The gray cup contained a rich, dark hot chocolate with a fragrant aroma. The new angle of Nin’s mouth was higher than before, but Khanin understood that it was Nin’s intention.
